the cUTEST thing ever made from pallets...

images via Design*Sponge

I'm in love with how Lori Danelle turned these wooden pallets into the cutest little bed for her daughter. I'm digging the proposal of raw pallet wood in a kids room & the contrast of pink bedding, alongside other colorful items that would normally fill a kids bedroom. It's refreshing, isn't it?

Seeing the Everyday

I just subscribed to this magazine called, SEEING THE EVERYDAY. It's an advertisement free magazine with articles focusing on relationship building during the common and ordinary moments in life. I think it may be geared toward parents raising a family: regardless, it should be relevant & relatable no matter your age. Plus, it will be a killer coffee table book. Also, a really great gift idea, don't you think? I'll let you know after my first subscription arrives.

heLLo sEPTEMBER.

I can hardly believe it's the SECOND September that i wiLL NOT be returning to schooL. It's bittersweet -- maybe a little more sweet -- but the month and recent brisk weather is giving me acute nostalgia for my college friends & town. i'M desperateLy wishing i could enjoy a perfect, chilly air bike ride down the red cedar trail, meet tiffany for coffee on the couches at Raw Deal, make a much needed ice cream trip to WALMART at 3AM with juLie, talk greeting cards, weddings, and current events with racheL at Caribou, count on coming home to the light on - no matter the hour - someone always awake & willing to sit at the kitchen table with you, their computer, a cup of coffee, and advice. My heart is smiling - i lOVE you girLs & i miss you Menomonie. i'LL see you soon, okay?
