MacBook Air = too thin?
I realize this may be slightly old news but we had a little discussion about it today during class and it sparked some new thoughts. Although I agree that it is simply flat-out stunning, impressive, sleek, beautiful, and the list continues -- I would be hesitant to carry it with me anywhere for fear of breaking it in half. The breakthrough, ultra thin design must be ultra compacted with no breathing room for wasted space thus providing no clearance for any damages. All those small dents I carry around on my macbook pro couldn't happen on this (what seems to be) fragile machine. I'm not sure a .76 inch thick, 3lb notebook is worth the extra precaution I would need to take. What do you all think?
